As a licensed Advance Deposit Wagering (ADW) operator, MyWinners must comply with strict AML and fraud prevention laws designed to:

  • Detect and deter money laundering, terrorist financing, and other financial crimes.

  • Protect the integrity of pari-mutuel wagering.

2. Customer Verification (KYC)

Before you can place bets or withdraw funds, we must confirm your identity through a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. This may include:

  • Confirming your Social Security Number or equivalent identifier.

  • Requesting official documents such as a driver’s license, passport, or utility bill.


3. Transaction Monitoring

We monitor betting and account activity to identify unusual patterns, such as:

  • Large or rapid deposits and withdrawals.

  • Activity inconsistent with your normal betting behaviour.

  • Multiple accounts linked to the same individual or payment method.

Suspicious activity may be reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law.


4. Fraud Prevention Measures

Our security systems are designed to prevent and detect:

  • Account takeovers or unauthorised access.

  • Use of stolen payment methods.

  • Collusion or manipulation of betting outcomes.


5. Cooperation with Authorities
