Your account is moved automatically to the new MyWinners during the overnight migration on 27 January 2026. All account details, balances, and history carry over, and you do not need to create a new profile. You will also be automatically entered into our $10,000 Super Bowl Prize Draw.

No. You do not need to create a new account.
All existing MyWinners accounts have been transferred to the new platform automatically. To access your account, you’ll need to activate it using the link sent to you by email.
As part of activation, you’ll be asked to create a new password. Once this is complete, you can login using the same email address as before.
Your migrated balance and any eligible incentives will already be available once you login.

Yes. Your full balance transfers during the overnight migration, and you also receive free entry into our $10,000 Super Bowl Prize Draw. Any Rewards points in your existing MyWinners account will be converted to cash (600 points = $1) and transferred to your new MyWinners account balance.

From 27 January 2026, all customers must access MyWinners via the new platform. To get started, you’ll need to:
Visit app.mywinners.com, or
Download MyWinners for iOS — available in the App Store, or
Download MyWinners for Android — also available in the Google Play Store
Before you can login, you must activate your account using the activation link. As part of this process, you’ll be asked to create a new password.
Once your account is activated, you can login using your email address and new password as normal. This completes the migration process and gives you full access to your account, balance, and betting features.
