Rest of the United States (RoUS, excluding CT). In all other US states where advance deposit wagering is permitted, the Service is offered by Sportech Venues, Inc., operated and regulated under the licences of Lien Games Racing, LLC, a North Dakota limited liability company (“LGR”) based at Sky Dancer Casino, 3965 Sky Dancer Way NE, Belcourt 701-244-2400. LGR is the licensed Service Provider outside of Connecticut and is your contractual counterparty if you are resident in, or access the Service from, a permitted state other than Connecticut.
