A MyWinners account holder may cancel online wagers of $750 or less up to one minute before post time for the race on which the wager was made.
The number of cancelled wagers per customer cannot exceed 20 per week. Other restrictions may apply.
Steps to Cancel an Online Bet
Select “Menu” (top right of the screen).
Select “Wager History.”
Click the “Live Racing” tab to view your active bets.
Find the wager you want to cancel.
If the wager is eligible, a red “Cancel” button will appear.
Select “Cancel.”
Select “Confirm” to finalize the cancellation request.
If no “Cancel” button is displayed, the wager is not eligible for cancellation.

Click “Bets” on the bet pad.
Locate the wager you wish to cancel.
If eligible, a red “Cancel” button will display.
Select “Cancel.”
Select “Confirm” to confirm the cancellation.

A cashier will handle the cancellation — venue bets cannot be cancelled at self-service terminals.
The cashier will process the cancellation and confirm when complete.

When placing a Telebet wager, the operator will repeat your wager details for confirmation. Once that conversation has ended, no further cancellations are possible.
