If you previously used 123Bet, your account has now been fully moved to the new MyWinners as part of the January 2026 upgrade. You do not need to create a new account. This article explains exactly how to access your migrated account for the first time, what to expect during login, and how to get help if anything doesn’t look right.

Your 123Bet Account Has Been Migrated Automatically

Every active 123Bet account was securely transferred to the new MyWinners during the overnight migration on 5 January 2026. This includes:

  • Your account email

  • Your balance

  • Any eligible rewards

  • Open bets (which will still settle normally)

All you need to do now is log in using the email associated with your old 123Bet profile.

How to Log In for the First Time

1. Visit the correct new website

Do not use any old 123Bet links or search results — they will no longer work.

2. Download the new MyWinners app

  • Required for all mobile users.

  • Search for MyWinners in the iOS App Store or Google Play Store.

  • The old 123Bet app will not function.

3. Use the same email you used on 123Bet

Your existing 123Bet email is now your MyWinners login.

4. Enter your password

If your old 123Bet password doesn’t work, reset it using Forgot Password.
You will receive a new reset link instantly.

5. Complete your first-login verification (if prompted)

  • Some former 123Bet users will see a short confirmation screen the first time they log in. This is normal and helps confirm that your migrated account information is correct.

  • After completing this step once, you will not see it again.

Your Balance and $10 Incentive

Your full 123Bet balance appears automatically in your new MyWinners account.

In addition, every migrated 123Bet user receives a $10 incentive added during the migration. This applies even if your previous balance was $0.
There is nothing to claim — it is added automatically.

What Has Changed for 123Bet Customers

  • You now use MyWinners for all betting

    • The 123Bet website and apps have been retired.

  • Telebet and online are now one combined account

    • Your balance, deposits and withdrawals stay synced across phone and online betting.

  • The interface, technology and layout are new

    • The new MyWinners is faster, cleaner and easier to use.

  • Your previous bet history does not transfer

    • This is expected, but all open bets placed before the upgrade will still settle normally.

What Has Not Changed

  • Your account identity

  • Your balance

  • Any active open bets

  • Your eligibility and status

  • Your ability to bet in permitted states

Only the technology and interface are new — everything important about your account has been preserved.

💡 Did You Know? Even though 123Bet has fully moved to the new MyWinners, you can still use the same email you always used on 123Bet — no need to create anything new.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to create a new account now that 123Bet has moved to the new MyWinners?

No. Your entire 123Bet account has been migrated automatically. You simply log in using the email you originally used on 123Bet.

Why isn’t my old 123Bet password working on the new MyWinners?

Passwords do not always transfer cleanly between platforms. If your password is not recognised, use Forgot Password to create a new one instantly.

Will my 123Bet balance be available on the new MyWinners?

Yes. Your full balance carries over automatically, and you receive an additional $10 incentive as part of the upgrade.

Why don’t I see my old 123Bet bet history?

Bet history does not transfer to the new platform. However, all existing open bets placed before the upgrade will still settle normally and any winnings will appear in your balance.

What should I do if the new MyWinners doesn’t recognise my 123Bet email?

Try retyping the address carefully and check for spelling mistakes. If you used multiple emails with 123Bet, try each one. If none work, contact customer support so we can locate your migrated account.

Why is there a verification step the first time I log in?

Some former 123Bet users must confirm migrated details the first time they sign in. This is expected and only needs to be completed once.
