What is MyWinners Rewards?
The MyWinners Rewards Program automatically rewards customers for eligible activity on MyWinners, including:
Horse racing and greyhound betting
Virtual Sports
Jackpots
Reels
Every customer is automatically enrolled and starts at Bronze level. As your betting activity increases, you move up through higher reward levels and earn points faster.
There is no separate sign-up required.
Important Note:
Points are only earned for parimutuel betting.

How to Register
If you have a MyWinners account, you are already enrolled in the Rewards Program.
There is nothing to activate and no opt-in required. Your rewards balance updates automatically as you play.
Register In-Venue (Coming Soon)
For Venue customers, joining is free and easy:
Visit any participating Winners retail location.
Ask a Venue Manager or Customer Service representative for a Winners Rewards form.
Provide a valid photo ID and complete the short registration form.
You’ll receive your Winners Rewards card on the spot and can start earning points immediately.
MyWinners Rewards Membership Levels
MyWinners reward tiers are based on your betting activity over time. As you place bets, your total betting handle is tracked on a rolling 30-day basis. When your cumulative handle reaches the threshold for a new tier, your account is automatically upgraded — no action needed.
Tier | How You Qualify |
Bronze | Automatically added to this level when you register for a MyWinners account. |
Silver | Reach a total betting handle of over $2,501 in any cumulative 30-day period. |
Gold | Reach a total betting handle of over $7,501 in any cumulative 30-day period. |
Platinum | Reach a total betting handle of over $15,001 in any cumulative 30-day period. |
Black | Reach a total betting handle of over $25,001 in any cumulative 30-day period. |
How Points are Rewarded
Rewards points are automatically awarded every time you bet online or on the phone.
Racing and Greyhounds
For horse racing and greyhound betting, you earn Reward Points per dollar spent.
The number of points earned depends on your tier level and bet type.
Reward Points are credited on settlement of the race.
Certain content may be excluded (including Churchill content).
Virtual Sports
Reward Points are earned per dollar spent
Points are added on settlement of each game
Points earned depend on your tier level
Jackpot Games
Reward Points are earned per dollar spent
Points are added on settlement of each game

Reels (Outside CT)
Reward Points are earned per dollar spent when purchasing credits
Points are added once you have played through the credits

MyWinners Rewards Tiers
Your tier determines how many points you earn per dollar spent:
Bronze – 2 points per $1
Silver – 4 points per $1
Gold – 6 points per $1
Platinum – 8 points per $1
Black – 10 points per $1
The more you bet in a month, the higher your tier — and the faster you earn points.
At the end of each calendar month, your total betting amount determines your membership level for the following month.
What You Can Use Your Rewards Points For
Reward Points can be converted into cash value and used within your MyWinners account.
400 Points = $1
Redemption options and availability may vary by state and product.
You can also redeem your MyWinners Rewards Points for:

You can redeem your points in several convenient ways:
In Venue: Visit a Winners Manager or use a Rewards Kiosk to print a certificate for betting vouchers, food & beverage, or handicapping materials.
Telephone Betting: Call 1-800-468-2238 and a Customer Care representative will assist.
Online: Redeem points directly within your MyWinners account.
Your available balance and redemption options are viewable anytime online or at a venue kiosk.
Are Retail Rewards Linked to MyWinners?
Yes! Your Winners Rewards account is fully linked across Retail, Telebetting, and MyWinners. That means your total betting activity — no matter where you play — contributes to one single Rewards balance and membership tier.

Do Rewards Points Expire?
Currently, Winners Rewards Points do not expire.
The expiration feature is disabled until further notice. Normally, points would expire 54 weeks (379 days) after being earned, but this policy is not active at this time.
If expiration rules change, all members will be notified in advance.
