This applies only to existing MyWinners customers transferring to the new MyWinners platform.
How Rewards Are Transferred
Any eligible rewards points from your existing MyWinners account will be converted into cash as part of the upgrade.
Rewards points are converted at a fixed rate of 600 points = $1
The converted amount will be credited directly to your new MyWinners cash balance
You do not need to activate, redeem, or claim anything
When Will I See My Converted Rewards?
Once you login to the new MyWinners, the converted rewards may take 2 days to be added to your available balance.
If you don’t see them in your account after 2 days:
Log out and log back in to refresh your account
Make sure you’ve fully completed account activation
If the amount still doesn’t appear after refreshing, Customer Support can assist you.
What Happens to Old Rewards Points?
After the upgrade:
Rewards points from the old MyWinners platform no longer exist
All eligible points are converted into cash and credited to your new MyWinners account
Your new MyWinners account starts with a clean (Zero) rewards balance under the new system
This ensures all customers move forward on the same rewards structure and removes any uncertainties about transferring or redeeming points from the old MyWinners.
