Winners Rewards is our loyalty program designed to thank you for betting with us — whether you play in person at any Winners retail location, online at MyWinners, or through our telephone betting service (Telebet).
When you bet in person, simply swipe your Winners Rewards card before placing your bets. The more you bet, the more points you earn! Those Rewards Points can be redeemed for wagering credit, food & beverage (at our Bobby V’s locations), handicapping materials (like DRF or track programs), and exclusive merchandise.
Important: Winners Rewards applies to parimutuel betting only.
How to Register
Joining is free and easy:
Visit any participating Winners retail location.
Ask a Venue Manager or Customer Service representative for a Winners Rewards application.
Provide a valid photo ID and complete the short registration form.
You’ll receive your Winners Rewards card on the spot and can start earning points immediately.
Already have an account at MyWinners or through Telebet? You’re automatically enrolled — no separate signup required.
How It Works
Each time you bet in person at a Winners venue:
Swipe your Winners Rewards card before placing your bets at the teller window or self-service terminal.
Your wagers are tracked automatically and converted into Rewards Points based on your membership level (Bronze through Platinum).
The more you bet in a month, the higher your tier — and the faster you earn points.
At the end of each calendar month, your total betting amount determines your membership level for the following month.

In Venue: Visit a Winners Manager or use a Rewards Kiosk to print a certificate for betting vouchers, food & beverage, or handicapping materials.
Telephone Betting: Call 1-800-468-2260 and a Customer Care representative will assist.
Online: Redeem points directly within your MyWinners account.
Your available balance and redemption options are viewable anytime online or at a venue kiosk.
Are Retail Rewards Linked to MyWinners?
Yes! Your Winners Rewards account is fully linked across Retail, Telebet, and MyWinners. That means your total betting activity — no matter where you play — contributes to one single Rewards balance and membership tier.

Currently, Winners Rewards Points do not expire.
The expiration feature is disabled until further notice. Normally, points would expire 54 weeks (379 days) after being earned, but this policy is not active at this time.
If expiration rules change, all members will be notified in advance.
