📌 IMPORTANT NOTE

As of 9am on 27 January 2026, you can no longer access 123Bet on the web or through the app. You account has been moved to the new MyWinners platform. Any existing balances you hold with 123Bet are safe and have transferred over directly to your new account. Before logging in to your new MyWinners account, you need to choose a password and activate your account. This guide explains exactly how the process works.

Why You Need to Activate Your New MyWinners Account

123Bet is now part of MyWinners. The latest version of the MyWinners website. If you're an existing 123Bet customer, you need to activate your account on the new MyWinners by following the guide below.


How to Activate Your New MyWinners Account

Before you can sign in, you need to activate your account on the new MyWinners platform.


The process is quick, secure, and usually takes around 60 seconds.

You do not need to wait for an email to get started.


Step-by-Step Guide to Activation


1. Open the activation page

Go directly to the activation link:

You can open this link from any browser, and it’s also available via MyWinners.com.


2. Enter your account details

To activate your account, enter:

  • The email address linked to your existing MyWinners account

  • Your date of birth (this is required for security)

💡 If you’re not sure which email address you used for you old account, contact Customer Support.


3. Reset your password

Once your details are confirmed, you’ll receive a password reset email.

  • Open the email

  • Follow the link

  • Enter your new password

    • Your password must include at least one number and one special character (for example: ! @ # $).

You will receive confirmation of your new password.


4. Sign in to the new MyWinners

After resetting your password, sign in using:

  • Your email address

  • Your new password

5. You’re ready to go

Once logged in:

  • Your balance will be available

  • Your account details will appear as normal

  • Any rewards from your old account will be credited as funds to your new account (600 points = $1)

Troubleshooting

Why can’t I login to MyWinners?

The most common reason is that your account hasn’t been activated yet.

All former 123Bet customers must activate their account and create a new password before they can login to MyWinners.

Password reset requests from the MyWinners login screen will not work until activation is complete.

I didn’t receive my activation or password reset email — what should I do?

First, check your spam or junk folder.

Make sure you’re using the email address that was linked to your 123Bet account, as this is the account that was transferred to MyWinners.

If you still can’t find the email, contact MyWinners Customer Support and they’ll help you activate your account.

My password reset link has expired — what happens now?

If your password reset link has expired, contact Customer Support. They can issue a new link so you can complete activation and login.

My email address isn’t recognised — why?

This can happen if:

  • You’re using a different email address than the one registered on your 123Bet account

  • There’s a typo in the email field

  • You previously registered using an older or secondary email address

  • You had more than one historical account

Try any email addresses you may have used with 123Bet.


If none work, contact Customer Support and they can locate your transferred account.

I accidentally created a new MyWinners account — what should I do?

Don’t worry. Contact Customer Support and they’ll help ensure you’re using the correct transferred account.

My balance isn’t showing correctly after I login — what should I do?

First, log out and log back in to refresh your account.

If your balance still doesn’t look right, remember:

  • Any eligible rewards from your old account may have been credited as cash

  • Betting history does not transfer, but balances do

If something still looks incorrect, contact Customer Support so the team can investigate and resolve it.

How do I login to the new MyWinners after the move from 123Bet?

You must first activate your account using the link sent to you by email and create a new password. After that, you can login at https://app.mywinners.com/ or via the new MyWinners app on iOS or Android.

Do I need to create a new account to use the new MyWinners?

No. Your existing 123Bet account has been migrated automatically to MyWinners. You only need to activate it using the link sent to you by email.

What should I do if the new MyWinners login says my password is incorrect?

For your security, your password from 123Bet cannot be carried over to the new platform. Creating a new password for MyWinners is part of the activation process and is required. Until you complete the activation process, you can't login.

Why can’t the MyWinners find my email address?

Check that you’ve completed account activation first. If you haven’t activated your account, login and password reset options will fail.
