Existing MyWinners and 123Bet players must activate their account on the new platform at MyWinners.com, using the same email address as before. How to transfer your existing MyWinners or 123Bet account & balance 👉
Click the "Activate Account" button on MyWinners.com. The activate link may also have been sent to you by our team by email, SMS, WhatsApp or Live Chat.
Enter the email address that was linked to your previous MyWinners or 123Bet account, and your date of birth. (If you have forgotten the email address you used, or did not have an email address associated with your previous MyWinners account, then contact Customer Support who will be able to manually help you.)
You will receive a verification email from MyWinners Firebase - click on the secure link to verify your email.
Create a new, secure password. You will see a success window once this is done.
Close the password success window and go back to "Go to sign in."
Sign-in to the new MyWinners platform with your email and new password. Congratulations, you're all set! Welcome to the new star home of live racing.
💡 Your customer balance is displayed at the top right of your MyWinners profile. Remember, any previously earned rewards have been converted to their cash value and credited to your account, hence the balance may appear higher than you thought.
