What Happens to Open Bets
Most bets placed on MyWinners are one-day tote bets, meaning they are settled on the same day the race is run. As a result:
The vast majority of bets will already be settled before the upgrade takes place
In the rare case that a bet remains open, it will still settle and pay out as normal
No valid bet is cancelled or affected by the upgrade
You do not need to take any action.
Futures and Longer-Term Bets
In limited cases, a customer may have a longer-term bet, such as a futures or antepost-style wager.
If this applies to you:
Your bet remains valid
It will settle based on the original event outcome
Any winnings will be paid as normal
Access to the Old Platform
After the upgrade:
The previous MyWinners website and mobile app will no longer be accessible
All betting activity takes place on the new MyWinners platform
