When the new MyWinners launched on 27 January 2026, your balance, account details and eligible rewards were moved automatically from the old MyWinners and 123Bet platforms. This article explains what transfers, what changes, and what you should expect the first time you log in.


Your Account Moves Automatically

Your account was securely migrated during the overnight upgrade on 27 January 2026. You simply need to activate your account on the new MyWinners here.

Your Balance Transfers With You

All balances transferred automatically, including:

  • Cash balances

  • Withdrawable funds

  • Pending deposits that clear successfully


If you already had a balance on MyWinners or 123Bet, it will appear in your new MyWinners account.


Unified Balance for Online and Telebet

The new MyWinners introduces a single, unified balance shared across both online and telebetting.

After launch:

  • Phone and online bets use the same account

  • Deposits and withdrawals apply across both channels

  • Activity stays in sync automatically

Telebet phone numbers do not change.


What Happens to Your Rewards and Promotions

Any eligible MyWinners Rewards points linked to your previous account have moved to the new MyWinners as cash credit (600 points = $1).


What Happens to Your Bet History

  • Your previous betting history will not be visible in your new MyWinners account. Settled bets, past transactions, and historical activity will not appear once you login.

  • If you require a copy of your historical betting information for any reason, please contact MyWinners Customer Support, who can assist.

  • Any open bets placed before the upgrade were settled and paod out as normal. No active bets are cancelled or affected, and you do not need to take any action.

  • Only past history is not shown — your active bets remain fully valid.


Verification on First Login

Most customers will be able to login normally after activating their account.

In some cases, you may be asked to confirm a small number of account details the first time you login. This is expected and helps complete and secure your move to the new MyWinners platform.

If verification is required, you’ll be guided through it on screen and won’t need to repeat the process.
