As part of the move from 123Bet to MyWinners, your account, balance, and betting activity are handled carefully to ensure a smooth transition. This article explains what happens to bets, balances, and betting history, so you know exactly what to expect.

What Happens to Bets Placed on 123Bet

123Bet operates using one-day tote betting sessions, meaning bets are settled on the same day the race is run. This means that:

  • There will be no open or unsettled bets at the time of migration

  • Any valid bets placed before the transition will still settle and pay out as normal

  • No bets are cancelled or lost as a result of the move to MyWinners

Temporary Downtime During the Switch

During the migration period:

  • Online betting and telebetting will be temporarily unavailable from 26 January 2026

  • The new MyWinners platform will go live at 9am ET on 7 January 2026

  • This downtime is planned and expected

  • Full access will be restored once MyWinners is live

Once the transition is complete, all future betting will take place on the MyWinners platform.

What Happens to Your Balance

All available funds from your 123Bet account are carried over to MyWinners.

What Happens to Your Betting and Transaction History

Your full historical betting and transaction history from 123Bet will not be migrated to MyWinners. This means:

  • This does not affect your balance, payouts, or eligibility to bet

To support customers:

  • Customer Support can assist if you need help access to your historical betting activity and account transactions on 123 Bet.

What Is Not Affected

The following remain unchanged as a result of the move from 123Bet to MyWinners:

  • Your account details

    • Your personal details, eligibility, and account status remain the same.

  • The settlement and payout of valid bets

    • Any valid bets placed before the transition will settle and pay out as normal.

  • Your ability to bet once MyWinners is live

    • Once the platform is available, you can place bets online or - a first for 123Bet customers - by phone using your MyWinners account.

πŸ’‘ Did You Know? Because 123Bet bets are settled daily, most customers will not notice any difference in how their bets are handled β€” the main change is simply where you login to place them.
