1. Sponsor
The sponsor and administrator of the Sweepstakes is Sportech Venues Inc, with its principal place of business at 2319 Whitney Avenue, Suite 5A, Hamden, Connecticut 06518 (“Sponsor”), operating as MyWinners.
2. Eligibility
The MyWinners $10,000 Cash Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older, or such higher minimum age as required by applicable state pari-mutuel betting laws, and who are MyWinners account holders in good standing at the time of entry and prize award.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or household members of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, and any entities involved in the development or administration of the Sweepstakes are not eligible.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on January 27, 2026, and ends at 8:30 p.m. ET on February 8, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
4. How to Enter – No Purchase Necessary
Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, and per MyWinners account, regardless of entry method.
Member Entry Method:
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may enter by any of the following means:
Logging in to and activating an existing MyWinners account
Opening a new MyWinners account
Being a pure Telebetting customer (all such customers will be automatically included)
No additional action is required. All eligible account holders will be automatically entered.
No purchase, payment, wagering, or betting activity is required to enter or win.
5. Prize
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded.
Prize: Ten Thousand United States Dollars ($10,000.00 USD)
Prize Form: Credit of cleared funds to the winner’s MyWinners account
The prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and no cash alternative or substitution will be offered, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other expenses not expressly stated herein. Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC (or equivalent) if required by law. Where applicable, Sponsor may withhold required federal and state income taxes from the prize amount.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries immediately following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be notified by email and/or telephone using the contact information associated with their MyWinners account. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
7. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use the winner’s first name, username, likeness, voice, and/or statements for advertising or promotional purposes in any media worldwide, without further compensation or notice.
8. General Conditions and Limitations of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, human error, or other causes beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control compromise the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor is not responsible for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, or delays in transmission. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsor, its affiliates, and agents disclaim all liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or use of the prize, except for death or personal injury caused by Sponsor’s gross negligence.
This Sweepstakes is not a gambling promotion and is not contingent on wagering or betting activity.
In the event of any conflict between these Official Sweepstakes Rules and the Sponsor’s general Terms and Conditions, these Official Sweepstakes Rules shall govern solely with respect to this Sweepstakes.
All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, with exclusive jurisdiction in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut.
9. Winner List
Notification of the winner (first or last name and state, as appropriate) will be published on MyWinners.
10. Privacy
Personal data collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be processed in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
