1. Acceptance of terms
Participation in the MyWinners Refer a Friend program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the MyWinners general Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
The Refer a Friend program is open only to registered MyWinners account holders in good standing who are legal residents of the United States and meet the minimum age requirements applicable in their state of residence. The referred friend must be a new MyWinners customer who has never previously held a MyWinners account.
Employees, contractors, officers, directors, and agents of MyWinners or its affiliates are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. Referral requirements
To qualify for a referral reward:
The referred friend must register using the referrer’s unique referral link
Both the referrer and the referred friend must deposit and place bets totaling at least $20.
All qualifying activity must be completed in accordance with MyWinners rules and applicable state regulations.
Referral rewards are issued only after all requirements are met and accounts have passed internal review.
4. Referral reward
The referrer will receive $10 in cash for each eligible referral. Referral rewards are typically credited within seven days after eligibility is confirmed but may take longer depending on verification or review requirements.
Referral rewards have no rollover requirement unless otherwise stated and are subject to standard withdrawal rules.
5. Bonus for referred friends
Referred friends may be eligible for a 50% deposit bonus, up to $250, subject to separate bonus terms and wagering requirements. Bonus availability and conditions may vary by state.
6. Household and relationship restrictions
Referrals are not permitted between individuals living at the same residential address. Family members, household members, or individuals sharing the same device, payment method, or IP address may be deemed ineligible at MyWinners’ discretion.
7. Prohibited conduct
The following activities are prohibited and may result in disqualification from the program:
Spamming or unsolicited messaging
Self-referrals or duplicate accounts
Use of automated tools, scripts, or mass distribution methods
Any activity intended to abuse, manipulate, or undermine the integrity of the program
MyWinners reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or revoke referral rewards if fraudulent, irregular, or abusive behavior is suspected.
8. Account review and verification
All referral activity is subject to review. MyWinners may require identity verification, account validation, or additional checks before issuing rewards. Failure to complete verification may result in forfeiture of referral rewards.
9. Program changes and termination
MyWinners reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Refer a Friend program at any time, with or without notice, subject to applicable law. Changes may include reward amounts, eligibility criteria, or program structure.
10. Governing terms
The Refer a Friend program is governed by the MyWinners Terms and Conditions and applicable federal, state, and local laws. In the event of a conflict, the MyWinners Terms and Conditions will prevail.
